We started Absolute home care service because we are passionate about caring for people. We recognise the uniqueness of every individual and his or her family.

Our service is different because we are trained nurses with over three decades of knowledge and experience of caring for people in the community. We have advanced skills in dealing with all types of illnesses and disabilities and in particular end of life care. We also recognise that supporting the carer is key to maintaining people in their homes and of course the difficulties that present when y

ou have no other support at all. We will offer a detailed assessment to identify your needs and create a personalised range of services to mirror your wishes. We know that the journey can sometimes be very challenging so our aim is to be alongside you offering guidance and assistance all the way. We are Absolute – a premier home care provider dedicated to and recognised for our passion and commitment to serve, and for our ability to provide person-centred care, to promote dignity and to enhance quality of life. And we will be alongside you providing sensitive and exceptional care that consistently exceeds your expectations. Our care-givers are trained to the highest standard and have all the essential personal qualities for their role, such as kindness, warmth, honesty and good communication skills. They will also provide emotional support and companionship. Our team has a wealth of life experience and the communication and practical skills to deal with all situations. Team work is vital to achieve our aims and we work with an extended family of health professionals such as GPs, community nurses, social services and hospices. Monitoring and feedback are very important to us. We will always monitor the service to make sure that your care needs are met. We will check regularly that everything is running smoothly and will adapt our services if and when your needs change. Our speciality is end of life care.
