Consistency > motivation.

Lower body session from the Marchon Perform Program ticked off at Gymblok this morning.

Progress comes from consistency, structure, and accountability, not random variation or fleeting motivation.

Even as a coach, I get huge benefit from outsourcing my own training to someone else. It allows me to focus more energy on my clients training and programs, as well as keeping me accountable to someone else; making sure I stay consistent and continue to progress.
