So good to be back where we belong! Although I'm not sure I was actually in the room? IYKYK 🫠 plus some technical issues meaning we ended up stopping just as much as Architects at Download (thanks Em 🤣)

The use of FANS made such a real difference though and the evening breeze! 🙌

Next week we will try do a full repeat of the Download Special - hoping my brain and limbs will cooperate before we start mixing tracks up again 😁

CLASS TOMORROW - WE ARE BACK! ☀️⚠️

The heat this week is going to be extreme and we need to look after ourselves. ⚠️

I FINALLY HAVE CONFIRMATION WE CAN USE FANS AT THE VENUE 🎉 If you have a spare fan and able to bring along to class please do! We can choose the most powerful ones to plug in 🤣

Originally we were going to do a repeat of the Download Special but instead we will be doing a shorter adapted lower impact playlist focusing more on toning with slightly longer breaks in between tracks for hydration/fan breaks.

Ideas to help if you're coming to class ⬇️

- Bring a mini portable fan
- Frozen water bottle
- Plenty of water
- Comfy flowy clothing
- Freeze a wet flannel and bring along to help cool you down. Could do the same with baby wipes but not as environmentally friendly

We'll have a great time sweating together 💜
