WNBF First Timers - Roryās First Competition
Absolutely class showing from Rory yesterday, stacked lineup for first timers - and still walked away with a 5th PlacešŖš¼
Rory came to me in November weighing in at just over 99KG, in the 6 and a bit months weāve been working together we saw a low of 76.8KG - with that 22KG drop in weight, Rory brought an incredible condition to the stageš¤Æ
Honestly extremely proud of him for what heās achievedš

By far the hungriest day Iāve had of prep yesterdayā¦š„²
But with that came a new low and new lines etched in, at this point in prep hunger is part of the package - Sometimes I think itās overlooked at how much mental resilience is actually needed to get to stage conditionāļø
Sometimes itās the voice in your head..
āYouāre not lean enoughā
āA refeed wouldnāt hurtā
Sometimes itās even the lack of energy & struggle to spend quality time being present with your familyā¦
Itās so important to have a strong network of support around you, this year has been a lot easier mentally and physically than last year. But either way, I canāt thank enough for putting up with me and supporting me through these timesā¤ļø
Great things await, get me on that stage 28th Juneāļø

ā No Excuses, Just Action ā
Rory came to me in November wanting to compete in a bodybuilding show, safe to say weāre 3 days out and heās shreddedāļø
Building from the peak of his bulk to where we are now, heās lost a total of just over 21KG (46 lbs) - honestly heās handled it really well, we took it slow and steady whilst working on his posing while working togetheršŖš¼
Beyond excited to see him on stage this weekend, heās put in the work and now itās time to executeš„

What Can Change In 4 Weeks?š
With a difference of 5.5KG in 4 weeks, as expected looking noticeably leaner this morning - Iāve heard people ask what can change in short amounts of time before and honestly it depends what you put into it, you can make incredible progress within a month or two by just dialling in food and training.
