Upper body days are one of my favourite days! There’s so many benefits to working upper body, Improved Strength and Power: Regular upper body exercises, such as push-ups, bench presses, and rows, strengthen the chest, back, arms, and shoulders, which help with day-to-day tasks and other physical activities.Better Posture: Strengthening the muscles in your upper body, especially the back and shoulders, can help improve posture, reducing the risk of slouching and associated discomfort or pain. Incorporating a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups in the upper body is key to getting a balanced workout and reaping these benefits.

Stretch, resistance training and mobility all in a 30 min session to get you started for the day. Whether you’re recovering from the week just gone or preparing for the week ahead, feel the best version of yourself. Exercise isn’t always breaking a sweat but building the foundations for an easier lifestyle. Something as “simple” as walking is sometimes challenging when all we feel is aches and pains. Take a step back and listen to what your body needs. Strengthening and stretching your muscles is so important and often overlooked. It’s never too late to start looking after your body and mind!
