We are an all women's running club who walk, jeff and run for "Fun, Fitness and Friendship". The club is open to all women from the age of 16+.
Members meet on a Wednesday night in and around the King's Lynn area. As of October 2025 membership will cost £15 for the year. Part-year subscriptions can also be taken, speak to our secretary or treasurer for more details. This membership fee is used by the club to insures all its members.

Lighter evenings mean that we can enjoy being out and about in our beautiful countryside for our weekly walk, jeff, jog or run.
This week we met up at Bawsey Ruins to enjoy the dramatic views and big sky 🏞️😍🐞
There will be no planned Ladybird run this evening due to the club holding its annual meeting
However we return next week with our summer timetable so please do get in touch if you want to join us over our summer runs and beyond

High vis and lights are still needed to finish runs but the lighter evenings made for some lovely views across King’s Lynn for last nights run 🏃♀️
There is no planned Ladybirds run next week due to our annual meeting taking place, but we look forward to beginning our summer timetable in April ☀️
