Lynnsport Ladybirds

Lynnsport Ladybirds We are an all women's running club who walk, jeff and run for "Fun, Fitness and Friendship". The club is open to all women from the age of 16+.

Members meet on a Wednesday night in and around the King's Lynn area. As of October 2025 membership will cost £15 for the year. Part-year subscriptions can also be taken, speak to our secretary or treasurer for more details. This membership fee is used by the club to insures all its members.

Some guidance for exercising during hot weather:
🫗 Keep hydrated before you walk or run.
💧 Bring a drink and take regular sips.
🌳 Follow a shady route, the trees make a big difference to air temperature.
🚶‍♀️ Go at a slower pace and take more walk breaks.
🎽 Dress appropriately including breathable UV proof hat if you have one
🌞 Use sun screen
🌸 Remember to use bug repellant and hay fever prevention
👩🏻‍⚕️ If you have a health condition which is affected by high temperature, please follow medical advice.
🤔 Make an informed decision on whether exercising outdoors is appropriate for you at this time.
