A huge part of what we do is school residentials, but we also welcome families, stags and hens, corporate groups, youth groups and birthday and Christmas parties!

"We take a whole group of year 7 students to Oaker Wood every year, to help them settle and bond with each other. There are good reasons for picking Oaker Wood - the activities are fantastic, the scenery and surroundings are beautiful, but most importantly, the staff are incredible. They work hard to ensure we have a good time, down to the finest detail - dietary requirements, logistics of the trip and friendly service. It is a pleasure to come back here every year and would fully recommend to anyone."

📢 Our October Holiday Camp is now available to book!!

This special One Night Kids Camp (29th - 30th Oct) with a Halloween theme will give children the chance to experience a night away from home with friends, taking on a range of outdoor activities like High and Low Ropes, Capture the Flag, Pizza Making, Pumpkin Carving and so much more!

📵We also have a ban on screens so its a great way to get children off their devices and interacting with each other!

Last night we attended the Herefordshire FA Grassroots Awards 26 and were delighted to sponsor 'League of the Year'.

The evening was a fantastic success, with local football being celebrated through many awards, from Coach of the Year and Young Volunteer of the Year, to Match Official of the Year and many more! How brilliant to recognise the incredible dedication, commitment, and passion shown by individuals and clubs right across Herefordshire!

It was also excellent to see a number of referees being awarded for many years of service, one who had reached 50 years... what an achievement!

We very much enjoyed hearing stories from football manager and ex professional footballer Dean Saunders.

📢We are excited to launch our October Holiday Clubs!

Tuesday 27th October: Zip Wire, Gladiator Challenge, Pistol Shooting and Low Ropes.

🦎🐢🐍 Wednesday 28th October: BRAND NEW!! We're welcoming Roaming Reptiles to the wood, giving children the chance get up close to a variety of fascinating animals during a one hour session. The day will also include some high ropes and woodland krypton activities. Places will be limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment!
