What a wonderful first week at our June course.
Lovely to meet amazing parents and their little stars as we chatted, sang and learnt a legs and foot massage routine.

A lovely morning spent calling the new parents on this months course.
Many parents can feel nervous going to a new group for the first time and I find this is a wonderful way to answer any outstanding questions, introduce myself and chat through consultation forms.
Can’t wait for tomorrow’s group to start!

As parents, we can have all the best intentions of making our babies comfortable and sometimes, no matter what we try, they’re just not feeling the same.
During our sessions, we go with the flow and if we need to change something or take a break, we will!

I spend most of my days running after you, trying to catch up, amazed at how much joy you find in everything. I want to be more like you.
Children have a way of doing this and helping us take stock of what is important.
In case you missed my stories yesterday (they're saved to a highlight on Instagram), today is my last class in Hull as we're moving to The Midlands.
I'm so excited to launch Little Stars there in the Autumn and am going to take the next few months to find joy in packing, moving, settling and having more family adventures.
Today I'm going to see so much joy as we have our last graduation class in Hull and my last 1 2 1 session.

Hello Summer Term!
I am so excited to start this term. It's the launch of my Luxury group and will also see me complete my baby reflexology instructor training.
I'll be welcoming back baby's and their mums from previous groups and meeting some new baby's and their mums today too.
I love the atmosphere for this session. Taking lots of inspiration from my courses too.
