24kg lost in just over 3 months — here’s how it actually happened.
This wasn’t about smashing the gym 6 days a week — in fact, gym work was minimal.
The real progress came from strict non-negotiables and daily habits done consistently.
The key factors 👇
• Non-negotiables: daily step target, cardio sessions, water intake, sleep, and calorie control — no excuses
• Cardio > gym: regular low-intensity cardio was prioritised to drive fat loss without burnout
• Healthy food choices: not “diet food”, just smarter decisions — higher protein, controlled portions, fewer processed calories
• Consistency: doing the basics every single day, not perfectly, but consistently
