Sundays game was a good game in testing circumstances again having only one sub and against a team who are improving. The lads kept to the game plan and played some nice rugby culminating in some really good rugby league tries. Before the game we set the lads the challenge of not being offside once during the game, well done to them after the last few weeks of achieving this.

Player of the matches.

Beverley - Beverley coaches complemented the team on the standard of the rugby played and they picked Max and Jaxon, they said the power, speed and skill both centres showed was really impressive.

Myton - We went for Alfie, he led the team well today showing some lovely touches and passes. Most pleasing thing, was Alfie continued doing what he has done the last few weeks and again attacked the line with ball in hand.

Well done to Max, Jaxon and Alfie

Sunday saw a dissapointing result at West Hull.

Poor discipline on both sides of the ball killed any momentum we had in the game and you cant afford to gift a quality side like West Hull the possession and field position that we did.

West Hull coaches voted for James as their player of the match. James brought enegry to the side coming up with a number of solid hits in defence and grabbed a well deserved try in the first half.

The Myton coaches voted for Jaxon as their player of the match, who like James, got stuck into the opposition coming up with a number of big defensive efforts as well as having a couple of quality touches with the ball.
