Something a little different for the Sharks last night as the boys took on a 2-mile time trial at East Park.
Every single player put in a fantastic effort, showing great attitude, determination and a willingness to push themselves outside their comfort zone.
At the front of the pack, there was just one second separating Arie and Jack — a brilliant battle that already has us looking forward to the rematch!
The challenge now is simple: can the boys beat their time next time out?
Hopefully last night showed them the levels they are capable of reaching when they apply themselves. The question is, who has the desire, commitment and determination to keep improving?
The hard work starts now. 🏃‍♂️💪🦈

🦈 THE FINAL PIECE 🧩

The jigsaw is complete.

We are delighted to announce that Arie has joined the Sharks for the 2026/27 season.

Arie arrives as a talented, exciting player who will add even more quality and competition to an already strong squad. He brings pace, power, creativity and a real eye for goal, with the ability to both score goals and create chances for others.

Having played a year up for North Ferriby and represented Hull Schools, Arie has already shown the desire, work ethic and ability needed to compete at a high level.

We believe healthy competition makes every player better, and Arie's arrival gives us even more strength and depth across the team.

Fast. Strong. Athletic. Creative. Determined.

The final piece of the puzzle is in place.

Welcome to the Sharks, Arie! 💙💛

The sharks travelled up to Doncaster today to play in a decent tournament with some very talented teams involved

It's tournament football but we still try and play football, but after losing our first two games something was wrong, then we changed formation and played more direct, got the ball moving faster and we won our next two games, qualified as runners up and onto the semi finals

A tough game was in-store against unbeaten DSC JFC, we changed our formation again to suit us and it worked, we match them and probably should have beaten them in normal time, we even missed a penalty in normal time, so straight to pens up stepped Stephen goal next up Oliver goal then it was up to Louie to win it after they missed, no problems back of the net onto the final

All day I gave equal game time so the final was no different we play as a team, win, lose or draw, the boys were magnificent Alex netting twice in a 2-0 win, it's not how you start a tournament it's how you finish them 🏆🏆

That's 9 years on the trot now that the sharks have won at least one trophy or more each season, we have chances to add to this season's tally with a couple of tournaments left , for now tho it's a weekend off for the sharks enjoy guys
