It’s time to shout out October’s member of the month, Aoife! 🥰👏👏👏👏

Aoife joined us just over 2 years ago now, at a point where she felt work was taking over, she wasn’t feeling overly motivated to exercise, and was lacking accountability.

Not being much of a gym fan, she got in touch with us to see if we could help her with her goals of
1️⃣ Getting strong and toning up
2️⃣ Future proofing her body by increasing muscle mass and improving bone density
3️⃣ Building a solid and consistent weekly routine

By the end of this week she’ll have attended a whopping 300 Bootcamps!!! And it’s safe to say she has, and continues to, smash her goals 💪

✅ Aoife is lifting weights heavier than she could have imagined, moving better, running faster, feeling more toned, and attending so consistently week in week out

Mission complete!!

She’s a complete ray of sunshine both on and off the astroturf and brings so much laughter and warmth to Bootcamp 😊

We feel so lucky to be your coaches, Aoife 🫶 Keep smashing it!!!

With a new month upon us, please give it up for our August and September Bootcamp anniversaries!! 🥳🥳🥳

Celebrating 1, 2 and 3 years of coming to Bootcamps, and what a joy it’s been to see these people come through our gates week in week out.

As coaches we get to witness their physical changes which is amazing! But to see these people grow in confidence, make new friends and enjoy exercise more than ever is another level 🙌

We are so proud of your dedication to your exercise routines, and so thankful you are choosing to do it with us 😃

Meet our July member of the month, ALISON! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Next month marks Alison’s one year anniversary at Bootcamp, and the change in her relationship with exercise during that time is why we just had to celebrate her this month.

After being referred to us by a friend, Alison came along to try a session - she very openly said she didn’t like exercising and was lazy 😁🤣

⏩ Press fast forward and Alison joins up with a membership, and her love of exercise grows and grows! She caught the Bootcamp bug and hasn’t looked back 🙌

Alison has experienced
✅An increase in strength and energy
✅A notable decrease in menopause symptoms
✅A boost to her mental health
✅A new circle of friends
✅A new found appreciation for how exercise can positively impact your life, when you find your tribe ❤️

She celebrated her birthday earlier this week too… and came to Bootcamp! “Never in a million years did I think I’d be coming to exercise on my birthday” 🥳🎈

What an amazing change over 150 Bootcamps - such dedication, consistency and willingness to work hard 💪

Thank you for being such a warm, positive, focussed and friendly member Alison - you are a JOY and we are so glad you found us! 🙌
