🚲🦌 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 & 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆! 🦀🐄

Another fun cycle safari today with Hestia Charity's Good Energy Club! With the sun shining and a welcome breeze along the way, our group of 15 followed the Thames to Petersham, before returning to Kingston via Richmond Park.

For some, it was their first ride in years - one hadn't been on a bike for 10 years, another 20. Proof that it's never too late to get back in the saddle.

The wildlife certainly didn't disappoint either. Along the way we spotted deer, cows and, most unexpectedly of all, a crab crossing our path in Richmond Park! 🦀

The best part? Seeing riders come back smiling and a little more confident than before. Date for our September ride coming soon, and more info on the Good Energy Club on https://www.hestia.org/good-energy-club
