Sorry for the lack of updates this weekend the admin was having too much fun/beers to have posted so apologies for that. Winners from the weekend were team Ross McCleary, Duncan Maenzies, Andrew Brown and David Brown. Second was Grant Barr, Robert Fawns, Gav Hardie and Ewan Barr I swear it wasn’t rigged. Winning the low road was Lee McCleary, Robbie Stevenson, Jim Strang and Dougie Templeton. Runner up in the low road was Aaron Thomson, Stewart Kyle, Lewis McCabe and Sam McConnachie. A fantastic weekend was had by all mixing some very good curling with a good social as well, the ice was fantastic and the hospitality by the bar was top class. Hopefully competitions like this can continue in the future but this can only continue with support of the curlers. Lastly I’d like to thank the sponsors we had this weekend Geyer Plant Services, 3 Bridges Vets, A & J Nelson Haulage, Magnum Cream Liqueur and St Andrews Farmhouse Cheese Company for tremendous hampers without them this competition couldn’t of happened and I can’t thank them enough. There will be photos to follow of the winners.
