Hi All,

Unite's ballot for industrial action is well underway and all ballots
should be returned by 26th July. We haven't been given an improved offer by
Cosla yet so it is vitally important that all our members in schools, early
year centres and in the waste depot return their ballots. This will send a
strong message to Cosla that we are not prepared to accept a pay rise which
in our current situation would mean that we are all worse off.
All our members in Education and Waste should by now have received their
ballot papers. If you haven't received them please reply to this email or
give me a call.
If you have received them and have already returned them i would be
grateful if you would let me know also by replying to this email.
