After joining us for the 2026/27 season, Amber has wasted no time showing exactly what she can bring to this team.

From battling for every ball to putting her body on the line, Amber was at the heart of everything against Rossington Main and gave us a performance full of determination, energy and fight. 💪⚽️

Kiveton Park Women 0–8 Rossington Main Reserves

A difficult result on Sunday and one we’ve had a few days to reflect on.

We’re a new group, with several players returning to football after time away, and at times that showed. We looked disjointed and unorganised, gave the ball away far too easily and struggled to find any real rhythm in our play. As the game went on, fatigue also became a factor.

There’s no hiding from the result, but there’s also plenty we can learn and take from it.

This team is still very much a work in progress. We’ll review the game, identify where we need to improve both individually and collectively, and get back to work on the training pitch.

Results like this hurt, but they can also be an important part of building a new team if we respond in the right way.

We learn, we work and we move forward together. ❤️🖤👊🏻

We’re delighted to welcome Amber Avgousti to Kiveton Park Women for the 2026/27 season! ⚽️

Another former Crosspool Girls player, Amber is a versatile midfielder who brings plenty of determination and competitiveness to the team.

Never afraid of a challenge – or the occasional slide tackle! 😜 – Amber is the type of player who will put her body on the line, battle for every ball and give everything for the team.

Able to operate in a number of midfield roles, her work rate and willingness to compete gives us another really useful option as the squad continues to develop.

A versatile defender who is comfortable playing anywhere across the back line, Harriet brings plenty of experience, determination and energy to the squad.

One thing you’ll certainly notice is Harriet’s voice! A strong communicator on the pitch, she’s always talking, organising and helping those around her – exactly the sort of presence we want within the group.

Having previously played for Crosspool Girls, Harriet has settled into the squad brilliantly and we’re really pleased to have her with us.

We’re delighted to welcome Bryony Wilkinson to Kiveton Park Women for the 2026/27 season! ⚽️

After spending the last year away travelling, Bryony is back playing football and we’re so pleased she’s chosen to join us at Kiveton.

A former Crosspool Girls player, Bryony is a quick and sharp left winger who loves to cut inside and make things happen.

A real pocket rocket, she’s vocal, determined and brings loads of energy every time she steps onto the pitch.

Bryony settled into the group incredibly quickly and has already started building some really good connections with the players around her. She’s looked like part of the team from the moment she arrived.

A quick and hardworking full back, Ellie brings plenty of pace and energy to the team, giving us a great option both defensively and going forward.

What really stands out with Ellie though is her first class attitude and incredible commitment. She’s someone who gives everything for the team and can always be relied upon.

Ellie has come on so much since she first arrived, and it’s been brilliant to see her confidence and understanding of the game grow. We’re looking forward to seeing that development continue throughout the season.

A strong and vocal presence on the pitch, Sarah brings plenty of quality, experience and leadership to the team, along with a real willingness to help and encourage those around her.

An attacking wide player with excellent delivery, Sarah gives us real quality in the final third and has already shown what she can bring to the team.

Her attitude and influence within the group have also seen her named as one of our First Team Vice-Captains for the new season. 👏🏻
