Unbelievable experience for our mustangs last Saturday!
Playing on the pitch prior and walking alongside one of their own coaches for German Exiles.
We haven’t touched a rugby ball since the Gala at Swillington but the intensity from the team was there from the 1st whistle! Great game from both sides and super impressed with all the kids both on and off the pitch!

Two more new recruits absolutely smashing their first session with the group 💙🐴

A tough test today against a well drilled and very skillful Bentley side, but there were so many positives to take.
Even when the game wasn’t going our way, the team showed outstanding resilience and togetherness.
Our work rate never dipped, and that commitment is exactly what will push us forward. If we take that same attitude into training and into next week’s game, we’ll put ourselves in a great position to succeed. 🐴💙

A cracking morning with York Acorn last Saturday, absolute class on and off the field. The rugby served up by both sides wasn’t just good, it was the kind of stuff that makes you remember why you love this sport. At times it felt like a highlight reel unfolding in real time, a proper showcase for rugby league.

We’re still on a steep learning curve, no doubt about it, but the effort from our young mustangs lately has been nothing short of outstanding. The commitment, the graft, the willingness to dig in, it’s all there. And if we keep building like this, the best chapters of our season are still waiting to be written. 🐴💙
