hi everyone! due to a scheduling conflict, both of our friday sessions will now be held in the brandrigg room, from 6-7.30 and 7.30 to 9.

traditional: tuesday 8-10pm in george fox

competition: wednesday 8-10pm in george fox

beginners: friday 6-7.30pm in brandrigg room

advanced: 7.30-9pm in brandrigg room

Happy Halloween! Tonight's class is not running due to the occasion, but classes will return to normal on Thursday!

Hi everyone, this Tuesday's class has been cancelled due to Halloween. Classes will return to normal on Thursday!

Tonight we have a special seminar with Sensei Simon, a local jiu jitsu sensei, from 8-9.45 pm in the library foyer! I highly recommend tonight's class, especially if you're interested in locks, grapples and kata bunkai!
