2️⃣9️⃣ WEEK 29 AT THE HIKING CLUB
This week we will have our last hike of the year, to Buttermere! It will be a fantastic weekend out and a great send off to this academic year! We still have a few tickets left so make sure to get one from our LUSU page!
On Monday we have our social at The Bobbin so come and enjoy a pint in a club favourite bar! On Wednesday we will be hosting an LUHC quiz at 9PM too (after the Buttermere planning meeting)! See you there!😃

2️⃣8️⃣ WEEK 28 AT THE HIKING CLUB!
This week is a busy one, with two socials, two ticket releases and a day hike to Borrowdale on Sunday!
On Monday today our social will be at the Water Witch on the canal, so come along and enjoy a pint if you're in the middle of exams or finished ! On Tuesday we will have a ticket release for the hike to Borrowdale this weekend - come join us for a hike in the beautiful Lake District! On Wednesday is our cheese social where we will be trying various cheeses at a location in town! Finally, on Thursday tickets will release for our final weekend trip of the year to Butteremere next weekend, a club favourite and tradition!

2️⃣7️⃣ WEEK 27 AT LUHC!
This week is another busy one! On Monday we have our termly planning meeting and an EGM at 7:00 to elect a new Social Secretary and vote on an amendment! Make sure to come along and have your say on the future of the club! After this we have a social at Trevor from 8:30!
On Tuesday tickets release for our hike to Threlkeld this Sunday! It should be a lovely day out!
Finally, on Wednesday we will hosting a Movie Night in Furness LT2! Come chill during these busy weeks!

EGM AND PLANNING MEETING NEXT MONDAY!

📅 In the EGM we will be electing a new social secretary and voting on any amendments sent in! If you want to run for social secretary, the link is in our bio (open until Monday 12PM)! Send any amendments to [email protected] by this evening if you have any ideas!
🥾 In the meeting we will also have our termly planning meeting, where we will decide on hike locations for first term next year!

2️⃣6️⃣ WEEK 26 AT THE HIKING CLUB!

Sorry for the delayed post! This week is a busy one, we've got two ticket releases on Tuesday: a Women's+ hike to Ambleside and a MYSTERY HIKE to [REDACTED]! Both hikes should be a fantastic way to end the week and a nice relief from uni stress! On Wednesday night, we will also be running a bar crawl in town! See you around!

2️⃣5️⃣ WEEK 25 AT THE HIKING CLUB
Half way through term already! This week we've got our weekly day hike at Haweswater in the eastern Lake District! The weather is looking fantastic so it should be a great hike, with tickets releasing on Tuesday at 1PM and 7PM as usual!
On Monday our members' social will be at the Tite & Locke in the train station in town, a lovely pub in a fun location, at 8:30PM as usual!
And finally on Wednesday we will be hosting a barbecue social at one of the campus barbecues (location TBA) from 7PM onwards! It should be a nice relaxed social in exam season, so bring your own food to cook and see you there!
