This is one of those posts we really didn’t want to have to write.
Grace will sadly be leaving Fitness Formation, with her last day being 10th August.
To say we’re gutted is an understatement.
From the day Grace walked through the door, she just fitted in. She’s built fantastic relationships, become a huge part of our team, and brought kindness, care and professionalism to every session she coaches.
Just not towards me (Ryan). She bullies me on a daily basis. 😂
We’ve absolutely loved having her as part of the FF family.
Just to put any rumours to bed before they even start, there is absolutely no drama behind Grace leaving. Quite the opposite.
This is simply a natural next step in her life.
Grace and her partner, Joe... yes, she does actually have a boyfriend, despite only mentioning him about 47 times a day... are spending more and more time together in Ulverston. With the commute, especially for early mornings and late evenings, it just isn’t practical anymore.
As much as we’d absolutely love to keep her, sometimes you’ve just got to support people in doing what’s right for them. And that’s what this is.
Grace, thank you for everything you’ve done for our members, for the team, and for helping make FF an even better place than it was before you arrived.
You’ll always be part of the FF family, and our door will always be open.
For everyone reading this, please make sure you give Grace a massive send off over the next few weeks. If you see her in the gym, please wish her all the best.
We wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter, Grace.
We’re all incredibly proud of you, and we’re going to miss you.
Now... because someone has to fill the shoes of this little legend, we’ll soon be starting the search for our next FF coach.
If you know someone who lives and breathes helping people, loves being part of a small, close knit team, and thinks they’d fit our culture, keep an eye on our page over the next couple of weeks.
Thank you for everything, Ginger Ninja. 🫚🥷💙
