This is such a simple session plan but extremely challenging at any time of the day, let alone 6:45AM! 😲🥱

Grab a pair of dumbells (these can also be used in replace of a kettlebell for the High Pulls) & decide on what you’ll be doing for the 45-seconds of cardio…..does it have to be a machine? No 🤷🏻‍♂️ but if it is a machine, best to keep it to one that requires minimal-to-zero programming/start up.

Warm up for 5 minutes or use the first “lap” of the session plan as your warm up, just go through it at a slower pace to the rest of it. Take breaks when you NEED them, try to count the laps and comment below how many you managed in 25 minutes.

5 people came to experience the Fast Class, this evening. 4 of them had never done it before and had no idea what they had signed up for!

They put effort in, laughed constantly….swore occasionally 🤣 and then talked about being vegan or vegetarian (which I was not expecting)

Thank you for being the highlight of my evening and for making Friday evenings in the gym a whole lot more colourful 🙌🏻

The summertime is a great opportunity to try classes that, for various reasons, you may not feel comfortable attending. Here’s this morning’s 6:45am Fast Class session plan.

By now, you will see the style of session that I deliver, simple and concise. I will never say that you MUST do an exercise but I do ask that you arrive early and discuss with me any concerns that you may have, any niggles/injuries that are going to have an impact on your ability to do the session as it’s written out so I can help you by making some changes for YOU so you can achieve a great training session. It will also give you the opportunity to get to know the other participants and to realise you haven’t walked into a mistake.

If you still aren’t convinced, come have a chat with me in the gym. If I appear to be with someone, still come get my attention 😊
