Sophie has been with us since last year at our Leamington studio.

Every week she enters the studio with a smile on her face and lights up the room.

Her infectious positivity and attitude is super inspiring and she is such a crucial part of our community here at Rise and Reform.

STRATFORD STUDIO TIMETABLE UPDATE 🤍

Just 1 month in and we’ve been taking the time to listen, learn and understand what works best for you – our members.

As our Stratford community continues to grow, we’ve made a few updates to the timetable to better support your routines, improve class availability and continue enhancing your experience with us.

We are so excited to be introducing some highly requested additions to the Stratford schedule:

Men’s Only Reformer: Designed to improve strength, flexibility, and overall movement quality while supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention. Calling our men’s padel community - this is the perfect way to prep or recover before you hit the court or after you finish a match! 🎾

Pre & Post Natal: A class to safely support strength, mobility, and wellbeing throughout pregnancy and your postnatal recovery journey.

These changes will come into effect from Monday 1st June, so please check out the updated schedule and find the classes that best fit your week.

SUMMER SOLSTICE SOUND BATH 🌅

Take a moment to slow down and welcome the new season with us.

Join us on Friday 19th June at 7:45pm at our Leamington Spa studio for a special Summer Solstice Sound Bath, hosted by 

The Summer Solstice marks a natural shift into a new season — often seen as a time for reflection, renewal and reconnecting with yourself. This evening has been designed to help you pause, switch off and create some time for yourself.

Expect:

✨ A calming studio atmosphere
✨ Time to switch off and unwind
✨ Space to reset physically and mentally

Ellen has been with us since the very beginning of our Rugby studio.
From day one she’s brought such a lovely energy into the room.

Her journey hasn’t been the easiest but the way she has shown up, stayed consistent and trusted the process has been so inspiring to watch.

We feel so lucky to have her as part of our community and to see her grow stronger, more confident and more comfortable in her body each week.
