๐๐ผ REMEMBER WHY โ Youโre doing this for YOU.
Every session you donโt skip adds up to your progress.
Discipline always beats motivation.
Build sustainable habits, stick to them and progress will follow.

High Protein Breakfast
This is one of my go-to breakfast options for fat loss. Itโs high in protein, low in carbs and provides a healthy amount of fats to keep you full.
๐ณ Scrambled eggs
๐
Fresh tomatoes
๐ฅ Homemade bread
๐ซ Kalamata olives
๐ง Grass fed butter
๐ง Salt. Pepper.
โ๏ธ Double espresso
๐ฎ Dates (extra carbs if I train early in the day)

Healthy Friday Snack ๐คค
If youโre craving something sweet give this quick snack a try ๐๐ผ
Iโve just made it and wanted to share it with you. Itโs absolutely delicious ๐คค
Ingredients:
๐ฐ Medjool dates (remove stones and flatten on a small plate)
๐ฅ Crunchy peanut butter (I used 5 gr spread on each date)
๐ซ Chocolate spread (in a small bowl add 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup and a very small amount of either water, milk or plant based milk to achieve a runny consistency. Stir well and spread on top of dates)
๐ฅ Crushed nuts (whatever you like) on top
๐ฅถ Refrigerate untill slightly hardened

Our Favourite Saturday Night Dinner
๐ฅฉ Roasted beef (๐ฅ air fried ๐ก๏ธ 180ยฐC โฑ๏ธ 25 min)
๐ฅ Stir fry mixed vegetables
๐ฅ Roasted red potatoes (๐ฅ air fried ๐ก๏ธ 175ยฐC โฑ๏ธ 30 min)
๐ Dragon fruit as a dessert
Bonus: The roasted beef leftovers can be sliced thin and consumed warm or cold the next day as an alternative to deli meats or packaged ham. It pairs perfectly with scrambled eggs and toast for a nutritious breakfast.

๐ฅ 6 egg whites
๐ Sweet potato puree
๐
Tomatoes
โ๏ธ Fresh rocket
๐ง Salt, pepper & steak seasoning (the secret)
๐ง Roasted sesame seeds
Whenever I'm short on time in the morning this quick breakfast saves the day.
You can swap the sweet potato for bread and add your preferred vegetables alongside.
