The reality is youโ€™re not always going to feel motivated. Life happens and no two days are the same.

But what can you do to make a difference?
SHOW UP anyway.

Try this to make it easier (this has helped me a lot):

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ NON NEGOTIABLE - Set a fixed time for training
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ DO LESS โ€“ If youโ€™re too tired for a full session, only do 2-3 main exercises with sufficient intensity and leave.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ REMEMBER WHY โ€“ Youโ€™re doing this for YOU.

Every session you donโ€™t skip adds up to your progress.

Discipline always beats motivation.
Build sustainable habits, stick to them and progress will follow.

High Protein Breakfast

This is one of my go-to breakfast options for fat loss. Itโ€™s high in protein, low in carbs and provides a healthy amount of fats to keep you full.

๐Ÿณ Scrambled eggs
๐Ÿ… Fresh tomatoes
๐Ÿฅ– Homemade bread
๐Ÿซ’ Kalamata olives
๐Ÿงˆ Grass fed butter
๐Ÿง‚ Salt. Pepper.

โ˜•๏ธ Double espresso

๐Ÿฎ Dates (extra carbs if I train early in the day)

You can adjust the amounts based on your caloric needs and goals.

๐Ÿ„ Grilled Mushrooms (had twice the amount ๐Ÿคค)

๐Ÿฅ— Fresh Salad Mix

๐Ÿซ’ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

๐Ÿ‡ Balsamic Vinegar

๐Ÿง‚ Salt. Pepper.

You can add a side of roasted potatoes of you need extra carbs. Adjust the amounts based on your caloric needs and goals.

Healthy Friday Snack ๐Ÿคค

If youโ€™re craving something sweet give this quick snack a try ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Iโ€™ve just made it and wanted to share it with you. Itโ€™s absolutely delicious ๐Ÿคค

Ingredients:
๐ŸŒฐ Medjool dates (remove stones and flatten on a small plate)

๐Ÿฅœ Crunchy peanut butter (I used 5 gr spread on each date)

๐Ÿซ Chocolate spread (in a small bowl add 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup and a very small amount of either water, milk or plant based milk to achieve a runny consistency. Stir well and spread on top of dates)

๐Ÿฅœ Crushed nuts (whatever you like) on top

๐Ÿฅถ Refrigerate untill slightly hardened

Our Favourite Saturday Night Dinner

๐Ÿฅฉ Roasted beef (๐Ÿ”ฅ air fried ๐ŸŒก๏ธ 180ยฐC โฑ๏ธ 25 min)

๐Ÿฅ— Stir fry mixed vegetables

๐Ÿฅ” Roasted red potatoes (๐Ÿ”ฅ air fried ๐ŸŒก๏ธ 175ยฐC โฑ๏ธ 30 min)

๐Ÿ‰ Dragon fruit as a dessert

Bonus: The roasted beef leftovers can be sliced thin and consumed warm or cold the next day as an alternative to deli meats or packaged ham. It pairs perfectly with scrambled eggs and toast for a nutritious breakfast.

๐Ÿฅš 6 egg whites
๐Ÿ  Sweet potato puree
๐Ÿ… Tomatoes
โ˜˜๏ธ Fresh rocket
๐Ÿง‚ Salt, pepper & steak seasoning (the secret)
๐Ÿง‚ Roasted sesame seeds

Whenever I'm short on time in the morning this quick breakfast saves the day.

You can swap the sweet potato for bread and add your preferred vegetables alongside.
