Kate trained for years. Never had a plan. Never really knew how to fuel herself. And she wasn’t getting the physique she wanted.
Kate is 47, a nurse working long shifts, and a mum with a full schedule. And like a lot of people, she’d been putting in the effort for years without really knowing why it wasn’t working.
In 17 weeks, here’s what happened:
- 4kg of fat loss with full body recomposition
- Strength she can actually feel
- Previous glute pain reduced
- 10k race on the horizon for August

Setting a standard based on what someone is else is doing, and when your schedule doesn’t match it, you feel like you’re falling short.
So instead of adjusting the plan, it gets abandoned altogether.
2 sessions done consistently will always beat 5 sessions that never happen.

If you feel like you’re training consistently but not seeing results,
It’s not your effort.
You’re not giving your body a reason to change.
Your body adapts to what you repeatedly do -
So if there’s:
- Not enough muscle stimulus
- No progress in your training
- Or enough food to support it
You stay the same.
That’s why you can be active, working hard…and still feel stuck.
