!!!UPDATE February 2022: LCC upholds planning obligation to protect the pitch!!!

Well done! and a massive thank you to the 80+ people who took the time to object to the application to discharge the obligation. The Council has refused it and in doing so have highlighted that the obligations continue to serve a useful purpose and, amongst other things, provide the framework to deliver them!
