When Marketing Back Fires

This gorgeous shop in a narrow street off Orange Square, is obviously selling all things Lavender. However while Alison Lister and myself were sat an hour enjoying liquid grapes, the only business was, photography! People stopping to take photos of the Lavender bike. We counted at least 15 people stopping and posing by the bike, but not one buying or looking in the shop.
How would you get people into the shop?

Yes 17-24 year olds should watch this video, but so should 25-45s and 46-65 year olds. Very interesting discussion challenging the career processes, and choices.

Had a great meeting this morning with a lovely young lady.

She was interested in Personal Development and I got the impression, that was more appealing than the monetary rewards on offer.

Goals need to be set. Personal Development is a great one to start with.
