Gym and Fitness vibes

Mini shock after finding the pic on the left😧I believed I could so i did! I will continue doing what i love and what makes me happy although the soreness of every workout. I never stopped and i will never do💪🏻

Morning circuit workout was a wrap! Brutal but worth it. Time to feed those destroyed muscles😜 but at the same time;)

Aaaaaand the big comeback on the grind! Back on hard work and healthy nutrition after 2 weeks of little training and lots of cheats during the exams period. Loved today's workout! Exhausting cardio circuit training followed by a circuit full body strength workout.

So for most of us is a "Champions league" and of course PIZZA night right? Instead of spending your money on the typical fast food pizza why don't you try do it by yourself? I craved pizza and i just did this. It was sooo tasty that i actually think is better than the ordered ones. Just slice a pitta bread, put tomato paste and other healthy staff such as turkey, low fat cheese, vegetables and believe me you will enjoy a healthy but delicious pizza! 🍕

Maaaaajor throwback exactly 3 years ago...honestly still can't believe how i used to be and how i am right now..gained some weight lately but ill be back. I know i can do it☺️

Back on the grind after two days. Not that exams got me like , having no time for the gym. I just wanted to give the weights some rest..glad that i made it this morning
