This one is all about shared suffering, smart teamwork and holding on when it gets uncomfortable.
The Workout:
In Pairs โข For Reps
Every 2 minutes x 10 Rounds (20 mins total)
P1: SkiErg โ 11/8 cals (+1 every round, finishing at 20/17)
P2: RowErg โ 11/8 cals (+1 every round, finishing at 20/17)
Round Breakdown
- R1: 11/8
- R2: 12/9
- R3: 13/10
- R4: 14/11
- R5: 15/12
- R6: 16/13
- R7: 17/14
- R8: 18/15
- R9: 19/16
- R10: 20/17
Once BOTH athletes hit their calories โก๏ธ AMRAP Line-Facing Burpees (IGYG) with whatever time remains.
Score = Total Calories + Total Burpees
๐ Partners switch machines every round
๐ฏ Both partners must finish cals before ANY burpees start
โ Miss burpees in any round = capped from burpees for the rest
๐จ You can still finish calories, but no more burpee points
๐ Monitors reset to 0 cals every round

๐ FAQ โ Got Questions? Weโve Got Answers:
1. I havenโt trained for thisโฆ can I still take part?
Absolutely! This is about fun and effort, not perfection. The workout is scalable by effort and teamwork โ split the reps based on your strengths.
2. Do I need fancy skills?
Nope! Thereโs no Olympic lifting or gymnastics. Just burpees, RowErg and BikeErgโ and lots of sweat.
3. What if I donโt have a partner yet?
No worries โ comment on this post or email [email protected] and weโll team you up with someone awesome.
4. Do I have to be a member?
Not at all! This comp is open to everyone. Bring a friend, bring a rival, or come make some new ones.
5. What makes up a Mixed team?
Any combination goes - you just need at least 1 male and 1 female, and a total of 4 athletes.
