Are you passionate about communication and have the skills and experience to support a young man with multi-sensory impairment to live independently in his own home? Do you have sign language skills? Experience using alternative communication methods? Then please get in touch.
The role will include providing an individualised, caring, responsive and high quality service so that this young man can live as independently as possible in his own home, and have the opportunity to access learning and leisure activities at home, in the community and across a variety of settings using a range of communication methods including British Sign Language and PCS.
His team will also support him with his learning which from September will be home-based so people from an education background are very welcome to apply.
