Yesterday was the final push to clear out our Mabgate Green workshop before handing our keys back after 9 years in the space! It was a bit emotional closing the door for the last time.

It's been great these last few days to be able to share out some of the cycling goodies we've accumulated over the years with other local organisations. Bikes have been given to schools, parts passes on to other projects, and we donated the tricycle in slide 3 to the legends at !

We took the final load of equipment to the new space by bike, it felt only right. We certainly won't miss carrying things of all shapes and sizes up and down those steep Mabgate stairs...

Meanwhile, our staff and volunteer team have been working flat out to build infrastructure at the new space. Not too long before it'll be opening! Watch this space... ✨️

📣 Big shoutout to !!! They rocked up in style earlier to pick up some surplus 2nd hand bike bits that we don't have space for at our new workshop 😎

If there are any other community bike projects that may benefit from some extra parts, frames, and accessories, then please get in touch ASAP ☎️ last chance for collection is Tuesday next week!

💃 Some of our wonderful friends are putting on a ceilidh for us next month at All Hallows Church!

After fundraising for last year, they've kindly offered to donate all this year's proceeds to help fund our move to a new premises! 🚚

Please join us for a night of dancing, food and drink provided by local Leeds brewery 🍻 and a raffle with great prizes!

Sorry we've been so quiet lately. Since we closed our Mabgate Green shop for the last time on 17th April we've been super busy smashing out the move!

Many van loads have been driven, paintbrushes loaded, and infrastructure removed and reassembled...
The new space is really coming together now, whilst the old space is coming apart!
