Begin with a restorative 75-min partner yoga session designed for deep, supported stretches and relaxation. Expect gentle, supported postures, restorative partner holds, and slow breath work that nurtures connection, gratitude and deep relaxation.

After a short break, you will return for a 60-min heart chakra opening crystal sound bath with the healing tones of crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, soft drum beat in the rhythm of your heart beat. A truly special energy experience to rebalance your system. Just bliss.
Your journey continues into our outdoor Spa, which includes the use of the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Pool, Relax Lounge and Private Hot Tubs.

Join us for an amazing Outdoor Cinema and Cosy Spa Singalong Evening.

Featuring large outdoor TV with your favourite singalong films such as Dirty Dancing, Mamma Mia, Grease etc.

You'll get complimentary popcorn and glass of fizz on arrival.

We also have a full drinks menu and pizzas available to purchase on the evening.

You'll also get full access to all the thermal spa facilities including our thermal spa pool, salt sauna, steam cabin and ice barrel if you are brave enough. You'll also get full use of our undercover heated hot tubs and heated relax lounge all with viewing access.
