We’ve had the best time 🙌

8 years 3 months and 9540 yoga classes later, my work here is done. It’s been an adventure and a journey, ups, downs, laughter, tears, a pandemic, and more wonderful people than anyone could hope to meet in their lifetime.

I always wanted to make a difference, and to - in some small way - make the world a better place.

This Sunday will be our final day at the studio, we have planned a really special silent last class at 11am and after we’ll all gather for some food and Prosseco 🍾

You can still come even if you’ve not made it to final class... and we encourage you to bring any treats you’d like to share with everyone!

This is going to be our last week EVER! So you make the most of it 🤩

Don’t miss out on your favourite teachers’ last classes… we heard some of you even took some time off work to make it to all the classes 😂

George will be teaching our last two classes EVER, first with IHP and then with a silent OHY to beats. The OHY class is fully booked already but feel free to get on the waitlist! If you can't make it to the final class PLEASE cancel as we want it to be as available as possible for all of you. We can't promise there won't be tears... but they'll blend with the sweat 🥵 😉

Come say bye to Helen (one of our longest standing students!!) as she teachers her final class at THR on Saturday the 30th! It will be an incredible experience that you surely won't want to miss! This last Saturday morning class will be our last EVER regular Original Hot Yoga, it's bound to be a blast! 🧨

Steen's final class will be on Friday the 29th and it will also be our last EVER Vinyasa and lunchtime class 🥺 Don't miss out on flowing with us and Steen one last time... book your class asap!

This Sunday it's our last event! Join us for the most very special Yin Yoga practise led by Fiona and assisted throughout by trained therapists ( and ); with the added benefit of continuous therapeutic hands-on adjusts and relaxing massage techniques, this is a truly luxurious total body work-in! 😌

Expect slow, soothing instruction into grounded positions, with longer holding times and a focus on common problematic areas of tension -leaving you to feel connected, de-stressed, nurtured and thoroughly revived 🌱

Our last ever Yin class will be with our wonderful Fiona will be on the 30th! There's always limited spots for Yin and this one will surely be a special one, so book your class in advance to secure your spot. A final blissful class which will surely be emotional! ❤️‍🔥

THIS SATURDAY ✨ THE BIG Hot Room YARD SALE is happening on the 23rd of March! 🤪 It will be done as a combination of an online auction and a car boot sale.

The Yard Sale is held from 2-4pm on Saturday the 23rd of March.

Here’s how the sale will take place:

1. The Google Doc list has a Starting Bid and a Current Bid for all items.

2. If you’d like to place a bid, please make a comment in the Google Doc list. Please add your FULL NAME and bid amount. (Any problems, email us at: [email protected])

3. You can make your bid the same as the starting bid, if no one else has bid on the item yet.

4. For items with a starting bid of £50 or less, please make each raising bid +£5. If the starting bid is over £50, please raise by +£10 and for starting bids over £100, please raise by £25.

5. If your bid is the highest by the evening of Friday 22/3 you have won the item.

6. Collection: Each item is marked with a collection date. Some items can be collected on the 23/3, but some can only be collected on or after the 31/3.

7. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN CASH ON THE 23/3.

8. Bids need to come in by Friday the 22nd of March at 4pm.

9. If you have a winning bid, please make your payment at the studio between 2-3pm on the 23/3.

10. All items that have not been paid for by 3pm on the 23/3 will be sold between 3-4pm at the starting bid price.
