A Football for Every Girl ⚽️💫
As part of our anniversary session, every girl at Din Academy was gifted a football to take home.
Why?
Because it takes courage to step into a sport that has traditionally been male dominated and compete.
Week after week, these girls show up, work hard, compete, learn and continue to raise the standards.
This was our way of saying thank you.
Thank you for your bravery.
Thank you for your commitment.
Thank you for inspiring the next generation of girls who will follow in your footsteps.
The football is more than a gift.
It’s an opportunity to continue developing at home, building confidence, improving skills and strengthening their connection with the game.
We’re proud of every single one of you 💫
Developing good people, before good footballers.

Inside Din Academy - Daniyal on the Mic 🎤
At Din Academy, we’re not just developing players.
We’re developing people.
Daniyal is one of our junior coaches and part of the next generation of coaches, mentors and positive role models coming through our environment.
More than football.
We’re providing opportunities, pathways, qualifications, experience and guidance to help young people build their future both in and beyond the game.
Because football needs good coaches, good leaders and good people.
This is about supporting the whole ecosystem.
Players. Coaches. Volunteers. Communities.
If you’re aged 15+ and want to get into coaching, gain experience and be part of a thriving environment, get in touch.
We’ll help you get the ball rolling ⚽️
Our Minis All Gifted a Practice Football ⚽️💫
A small gift with a big purpose.
As part of our anniversary session, every mini received their own practice football to take home and continue their journey.
A huge thank you to our youngest players for their bravery, attitude, energy and willingness to show up every week.
It’s not easy being the youngest in the academy.
New environments. New people. New challenges.
Yet week after week, they continue to learn, grow and put smiles on our faces.
The football doesn’t stop when the session ends.
Some of the most important development happens at home.
A ball can be used to practice passing, dribbling, shooting and first touches.
But it can also be used to create memories.
We encourage our parents to be part of the journey. Spend time together. Play together. Learn together.
Football is a powerful tool for connection, confidence and development.
A special mention to Coach Ahmed 🙏🏼
A shining example for our minis and a huge reason why they are thriving.
The care, energy, patience and enthusiasm he brings every week is incredible.
The children are a reflection of the environment around them, and his group is full of brilliant young people.
Developing good people, before good footballers.
That’s what this is all about.
Inside Din Academy - Ibrahim on the Mic 🎤
What a boy. What a journey.
Ibrahim is everything the Din Academy pathway stands for.
Not long ago, he wasn’t playing organised football.
Now look at him.
From the streets… to the pitch… to the stadium 🏟️
A good person from a good family who came into our environment with an appetite to learn, improve and work.
Because that’s where it starts.
Develop good people, before good footballers.
Get the first part right and the second will follow.
From Din Academy to our partner club Chapeltown Juniors.
20+ goals in a season.
Promoted from Division 6 to the club’s top team in Division 1.
More goals. More growth. More opportunities.
Then came another door opening from our Founder, Atif Din 🔑
An opportunity with Yorkshire Ammers FC in the JPL.
A chance to play at the home of Rotherham United’s first team, The New York Stadium.
A real professional stadium.
A player who was new to organised football, sharing the pitch with academy players who had been in elite environments for years.
And he belonged.
One perfectly timed run nearly ended with a dream debut goal, only for a last-ditch tackle to deny him.
A moment he’ll learn from.
Because as the levels go up, the time and space get smaller.
But the journey continues.
This is why we do what we do.
To open doors.
To create opportunities.
To give our young people the tools, confidence and experiences to compete wherever they go.
We’re proud of you, Ibrahim.
And we’re with you every step of the way 🤲🏼
THE MAIN EVENT ⚽️👑
*WATCH TILL THE END 👀
Raees vs Salaar.
The whole academy had already taken on the kick-up challenge. The shortlist had managed to set the score at 31.
Then it was time for the favourites.
Two players with a history of conquering the big 100 mark.
Two players. One challenge. One winner.
But here’s the twist…
They had to do it with the entire academy watching.
Every kick-up counted out loud.
Every touch under pressure.
Every mistake magnified.
Pressure is a privilege.
And at Din Academy, we believe our young people need to experience pressure if they’re going to grow, develop and thrive when it matters most.
Salaar stepped up first and set an incredible target of 106.
The challenge was on.
Then came Raees.
The current King of Kick-Ups at Din Academy.
The previous champion.
The player with the crown to defend.
With the entire academy watching, he delivered.
AND STILL. 👑
But the best moment of the video isn’t the winning score.
It’s what happens afterwards.
As Raees collected his prize, he asked if he could gift it to Salaar after an incredible contest.
That’s what this academy is about.
Developing good people, before good footballers.
Character.
Respect.
Sportsmanship.
Standards to make you stand out.
Watch until the end and let us know:
Could you beat 128? 👀
Inside Din Academy - Ismaeyl on the Mic 🎤
For Ismaeyl, it’s the culture, the people and the opportunity to play football with others from his community ⚽️
Jumping on the mic for an interview isn’t easy, but our young people continue to step up, articulate themselves and grow in confidence every week.
Developing confident, inspiring and brave individuals on and off the pitch.
More than football.
Midis Kick-Ups Winner ⚽️🏆
Jamaal with the most kickups! 🆙
Unfortunately, our videographer decided to clock out before the winning kick-up and missed the ending completely 😭
“No, can he do that again?” 😂
Technical difficulties, we guess…
At least she captured the celebration 🎥🤣
A brilliant effort from Jamaal, who won himself a brand new signed DA football ⚽️
Pressure handled. Prize secured. Job done 😎
Inside Din Academy - Musa on the Mic 🎤
Talking through his time at Din Academy and what the journey has been like so far.
More than football.
Giving our players a platform to develop on and off the pitch, build confidence and express themselves.
Media duties today. Football duties tomorrow ⚽️
Minis Kick-Ups Winner 🏆
They were all getting 2 kick-ups… ⚽️🆙
Then the challenge changed 👀
Our Founder, Atif Din, announced that the first player to reach 3 kick-ups would win a brand new signed DA football.
The pressure was on.
And Eesa stepped up first 🙏🏼
A brilliant moment for one of our minis and a reward for staying calm when it mattered most.
Confidence growing. Skills improving. Memories being made.
Inside Din Academy - Alayna on the Mic 🎤
The master of the one-word answers 😂
But stay until the end for her answer to:
“Why should others join Din Academy?” 🙏🏼
Short, simple and absolutely brilliant.
