Our second stadium game this week see's us travel to Merseyside for our annual visit to Marine Football Club

Fresh off our midweek victory the lads are buzzing to be getting back out there.

Our opponents for this game are travelling all the way from Sunderland. Clear Minds "Tackling Mental Health" are a charity team who have the same goal as us, to keep raising awareness and the stigma what surrounds Men's Mental Health.

We are looking forward to meeting them and creating another club friendship on and off the field.

From walking out of the tunnel to seeing our badge on the big screen to coming away with a win and just the overall experience is something that will live with the players for a very long time.

The MATE United FC squad is locked in!

We step onto the pitch for the biggest stadium game to date, but this is more than football. This is purpose. This is community. This is two teams coming together to make a difference far beyond the final whistle.

Whilst we proudly represent men’s mental health, using football as a platform to encourage conversation, support and understanding for those battling silently every single day. Built on togetherness, honesty and brotherhood, the club stands as proof that nobody should ever have to struggle alone.

Like all our games we play, it's an opportunity to spread a message that matters. And alongside the Wandering Crows, we show that football is at its very best when it brings people together to support those who need it most.

Can MATE United FC do it on a Wednesday afternoon in Stoke? Well we are going to find out! 😬

Our next fixture see's us playing at the Bet365 Stadium, the home of STOKE CITY!

All the games we play are big games due to what we play and stand for, but for Mate United representing Mens Mental health and to be playing at a ground as big as Stoke City is unbelievable.

Our opponents, Wandering crows are a massive charity side from Essex. They have raised a huge amount of money for disabled and unwell children which is amazing and we can't wait to play against them.

As always your support is welcome, so if you can make it then please do.

Gate's will be open for 1pm with us kicking off at 2pm.
