Our next beginners course started tonight. After a full session of putting up with discussions of footwork and rotational moments, the reward is to put on masks and hit people!

Congratulations to Marcin on winning Bronze in the longsword tournament at Wolf Call at the weekend! Great work! Also, we all have our new T-shirts!

Fun final session in our impromptu mini-course in I:33 sword and buckler! Thanks to all for attending.

Who says geometry isn’t useful in the real world? Shieltlehau (the parting strike) beats the low strikes by a judicious use of Pythagoras!

Yet again I forgot to take any photos of the first session of our new starters’ class, we were all having too much fun! Places are already starting to fill up for the next course so contact us if you want to go on the waiting list.
