We’ve affiliated to Yorkshire Vets again this year. All races are £5 to enter with prize giving and often a little buffet 🤤 after each race. Calling all Leeds runners!

A fantastic opportunity has come up for three runners from Leeds to take part in the annual half marathon/10k/5k in our Czech twin city Brno. You pay for travel. Brno will pay for 1 or 2 nights in a hotel and a big dinner with other runners from their twin cities.

Any interested runners from Leeds should email [email protected] no later than Wednesday 22 March 2023. They should provide their names and contact information, as well as a short sentence on why they are interested in the opportunity.

Candidates will be picked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note the following which has been added to the Solstice run event on Spond, clarifying expected minimum kit requirements.

NOTE 2 - For safety you need to bring / wear / carry... High-viz vest; torch (please check batteries prior); suitable clothing including a waterproof jacket as it may well be cold and wet; and off-road shoes with a good grip. Without these you'll not be able to run with the group.

Come to the club AGM this Thu 12th! Starts 8:15pm, for an hour or so. Listen to what’s happening and what’s ahead for the club.
