Effort over time compounds….
Let us tell you a story about Matt.
When he started with us unable to run without feeling too out of breath, unable to run consistently without stopping every few minutes, unable to run a 5k…
Matt started with us in March 2025, with , 1:1 personal training building back confidence in the gym, in a private space.
Then he transitioned in to small group sessions, beginning to train multiple times per week, consistently, both strength sessions and conditioning sessions.
Now, he runs 6k, for fun, without stopping, without feeling out of breath.
Consistently turn up to train + patience = results.

A LOT of you may recognise Steph, she’s been a personal trainer for a little while and has been training people at various facilities, around West Yorkshire. 👀
Steph has a wealth of experience, coaching, teaching and training people of various health and fitness backgrounds grounds. 💃🏻
The most exciting part? Steph is months away from graduating as a Physiotherapist. The perfect compliment to our gym and our clinic .morley. 🏥
You’ll see Steph coaching our small group personal training classes and offering 1:1 personal training sessions. 🏋🏻♀️
