To make it even more impressive, the team stepped up to play under U14s age-grade rules—taking on line outs and kick conversions for the first time, and handling it like pros! 🙌

The team showed outstanding teamwork, determination, and spirit from start to finish—something they’ve built all season long. Every player gave it their all, and it really paid off!

What a performance from Leek U13s this Sunday! 💪🏉🤍💙🤍

Taking on Willenhall, the match didn’t start our way as the visitors crossed first—but from that moment on, the floodgates opened! The lads responded brilliantly, running in an impressive 13 tries to 2 by full time.

It was a fantastic team display, with powerful, hard running from the forwards setting the platform, and some slick, confident passing from the backs creating try after try. The teamwork and energy on show made it clear just how much the boys are enjoying their rugby right now.

A brilliant effort in our penultimate game of the season—now all eyes turn to this weekend as we look forward to hosting Stoke to round things off! 🔥🏉

Last week 6 of the warriors went up to Longton rugby club for the 4 day Leicester Tigers camp, lots of great skills taught and lots of positive feedback from the Leicester coaches!

🏉🤍💙 Leek Under-13s delivered an outstanding performance in the first half of their match against Eccleshall showcasing excellent teamwork, pace, and attacking flair. From the opening whistle, Leek took control of the game, moving the ball confidently and creating space across the pitch. Their efforts were rewarded with an impressive six tries in the first half, reflecting their dominance and sharp finishing.

At halftime, in the spirit of rugby, the teams were mixed to create a shared squad for the second half. This allowed all players to experience different combinations and maintain a balanced, competitive game, with both sides continuing to play with enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

A standout performer throughout the match was Peter Foy, whose contribution was key to the game. His effort, skill, and determination set the tone for his teammates and made a significant impact on both halves for both Leek and Eccleshall!

Overall, it was a fantastic display from Leek U13s, particularly in the first half, combined with a positive and inclusive second half that highlighted the true spirit of grassroots rugby!
