Looking forward to grabbing those last few winter points with the boys Monarc & Pirlo now
Pirlo ( black 4yo ) has finished his summer holidays and Monarc ( bay 7yo ) finished his first season playing eventing gaining his qualifying spot for bramaham grassroots 2025 bagging 2nd & a win in his first 2 BE’s.

Better get the clippers out first maybe? 😲😂

🇬🇧British Dressage National Championships riding Magic Mikey (Monarc) on behalf of his owner Glen.

We were thrilled to have been able to go to the Nationals so early in our journey, and hopefully we’ll get many more tickets throughout his future career.

I feel so lucky to have the support from his owner, and everyone else who has been behind getting him to the Nationals

Being the lucky boss I am, I was able to steal A Touch Of Claas again from Chloe Riley.

And just like our first attempt she carried me round like a much older horse today. Gaining 28 double clear, but very annoyingly picking up time faults in the SJ to push us down to 5th.

I’m so unbelievably proud of Chloe for producing her so well, and the mare who acts well beyond her years every time.

The boy did it again.!! Glen Russell’s Magic Mikey won the Novice overall, out of 17 entries on 75%.

He also placed second overall in N37A winning the S section, so he has completed his Regional qualification in 4 tests 💙

G Russell’s Magic Mickey made his come back a double winning one after spending some time on the water treadmill , and doing some strengthening work, to score a 70 & 75% in his Novice tests Newbold Verdon Equestrian Centre to gain the majority of his points towards the summer regionals.

A huge thanks to everyone who helps towards me and the string of horses who seem to be flying this season, let’s hope we can keep the good form 🤞

Made our second BE event of the season another winning one. This time riding “Jest a Dream” leading his section by 7 marks and finishing on a score of 25.8

Henry had another educational day, dressage score onf 29.5, a pole in the jumping and then a clear run XC finishing 10th. I’m so excited for this young horses future !! 😬
