Two Half Racks
Two Dip Bars
Two Landmines
LOADS of options for Pull-Ups and Accessories (Bands etc.)
A Jump Plate

Plus, we still have plenty of space either side of THE RIG for functional work 🙌🏼

Focusing on the technical position on the Hang Sn**ch for Annie

Making sure we’re getting in a good position to then hit the transition which is the most explosive part of the Sn**ch

The main reason we started working on Olympic lifts was for fun but the ability to be powerful, use the entire body, improve mobility and co-ordination will just have to be a nice bonus 🤪

First week with our DMU Sports Scholar

Zac is focusing on building as much power as possible for the 1km sprint, 70s (hopefully less) of absolutely flat out effort!

So we need to prioritise the weight/kilo ratio. Being strong and owerful is going to be the main aim of the program for these first 6 weeks because he has a training history to build upon

After this, we’ll reevaluate and see what is the best plan to move forward.

Zac is also a para athlete. Another athlete with CP that has joined the Scholarship program which means we adapt exercises, work on mobility and technique to try and make his power output even more optimal.
