Happy new year Instagram 😁 .
After a much needed break away from the gym for the Christmas holidays I will be returning this Monday the 3rd of January 2022 for PT sessions .

Patience is key with training, a lot of it is trial and error but if you put key fundamentals in place and be consistent it makes things a lot easier, and ultimately you will get results quicker .
I see a lot of people very new to weight lifting, not even giving themselves a few months of solid progressive weight training regimes before they go on extreme diets, killing their gains when they should be working on building a solid foundation and lifting to get as strong as possible .
46 kgs dumbbell French press x 3 sets x 8 reps . For adding mass to the triceps especially the long head you wont go far wrong adding in a few sets of these to your tricep routine . Its taking a while but slowly getting myself back to pre lockdowns strength and size 😁 .

Congratulations to client on this amazing transformation. Hes worked relentlessly hard since we started lifting together and hasn't taken a backwards step despite all the restrictions and obstacles we've had this last year . Well done mate, may the gains keep coming 💪💪💪 .
