This page is for everyone to see what events are being put on that are open to all sections and the general public, with Lichfield Sports Club being home to a variety of different sports including - Lichfield Cricket Club, Lichfield Hockey Club and Whittington Rugby Club, there is a lot going on. The Clubhouse is available to hire for all occasions at very competitive rates and is also open to the public, we have a variety of events on during the year that everyone is welcome to and the bar is well stocked. To check availability or to get a quote for hiring out the clubhouse for your special occasion or business meeting / team building days call our bar team during our opening hours where they will be happy to answer any queries you may have. If you are looking for information about a specific sports team please go to their individual website.

Tickets links to all our gigs can be found on our website. Please buy tickets well in advance as venues need to know if hosting a live gig is viable. Shame but true. Google us, as Facebook now want to charge us for sharing our website details. Thats also a shame but true, even though we spend £200 a month on adverts.

It’s been a pleasure to host Lichfield Community Football & Sports over this summer holiday, giving them a safe and welcoming environment to allow them to provide their HAF, football and multi sports camp, for our local children.

We provided the children with a hot, cooked lunch every day, fuelling them for a full day of activities and sports.

It’s been so lovely to see such great friendships blossom and their confidence grow by the day; (the coaches did ok too 😉🤣)

We look forward to having them back in the October half term ⚽️🏀🏑🏏🥏🏅

🚨The Dog Show and Fun Day Postponed until further notice 🚨

The Dog Show and Fun Day scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed due to the expected bad weather coming in over the bank holiday weekend.
Rain is forecast most the day today and shortly after we were due to open tomorrow, we are pretty sure no one really wants soggy dogs or drenched kids.
Neither event was viable without the other so the decision was made, we hope we don’t regret it, as we all know what the British weather is like.
The cheque presentation for the charities that helped collect money on Bower day will still go ahead, but it will now be in the club room.
