What an awesome CrossFit Kids session! 💙💛

Yesterday was full of movement, laughter, teamwork and so many little wins. From learning new skills to encouraging each other, it was amazing to see their confidence grow as the session went on.

CrossFit Kids isn't about lifting weights or being the best. It's about helping children understand how their bodies move, building confidence, learning to communicate, working as a team and, most importantly, discovering that being active is fun.

A huge well done to everyone who came along - you were fantastic! 👏

There's still time to join us!

Another brilliant CrossFit Teens session last night! 💪

This week we focused on building strong foundations. We spent time learning bench press technique, developing confidence with wall walks, and then putting those skills into a sweaty workout.

CrossFit Teens is all about helping young people build confidence, resilience and a positive relationship with movement. We want them to learn what their bodies are capable of, enjoy being active and leave every session feeling proud of what they've achieved. And as a side to that...they become pretty badass! 💪

These guys are an absolute pleasure to coach, and we are really excited to see where they can go. 👏

If you have a teenager aged 12–18 who's looking to build confidence, get stronger and be part of a supportive community, we'd love to welcome them. Drop us a message for your free trial
