PLAYER SPOTLIGHT - PHOEBE 💡
Phoebe started her journey with us in February 2025 and is now in her third season playing team football. During this time, she has continued to grow and develop as a player, with her hard work and dedication really shining through.
In her first season, Phoebe earned the Manager’s Player of the Season award, followed by Players’ Player of the Season in her second.
Over the last 2 years, Phoebe’s football ability has improved exponentially. Despite suffering a significant knee injury, she has shown real determination to come back stronger, working through her rehabilitation with support from both ourselves and The Local Physio - Lincoln.
What makes Phoebe stand out is her attitude off the pitch. She regularly stays beyond her scheduled session time to complete additional cardio work and make use of our prehab and rehab equipment. Her willingness to put in that extra effort demonstrates the mindset and commitment needed to keep improving.
Phoebe has also taken another exciting step in her football journey, joining the Lincoln City Girls Development Centre in February 2026, where she can continue to develop her skills and push herself further.
We are so proud to be part of Phoebe’s development and look forward to seeing where football can take her.
