FAQ's about the taster session 💃

Q: How much is the class?
A:Only £2!

Q: Do I need to wear/ bring heels?
A: No the choice is yours :) you're more than welcome to take the class in trainers but our aim is to eventually train everyone how to walk and dance in heels.
We won't always be working in heels so we advise that everyone brings a pair of trainers and heels to class so your feet will be protected.
(we ask that if you're not working in heels to wear trainers and not canvas/ballet shoes/ pumps as they don't provide any protection of the foot when others are working in their heels).

Q: How long does it last for?
A: It will be approximately an hour depending on if we start on time.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: To every Class you should bring a bottle of water to keep yourselves hydrated.

As we're working in heels, we all know how easy it is for them to start rubbing against our feet causing irritation and then blistering! To avoid this we recommend that you invest in some blister plasters in case this should happen.

A pair of socks can make heels so much more comfortable as you're getting used to dancing in them, (reguardless of what they look like) so pop a pair in your bag just incase.

Q: What should I wear?
A: You should wear clothing that is comfortable, breathable and stretchy so you can move freely and comfortably. Please do not wear jeans, thin leggings or anything that is going to prevent you from moving.

Q: Where abouts should I go?
A: The class is going to be in the dance studio which is near the sports centre. There will be signs and ribbons/ balloons to guide your way through the school to the studio.
