Morning all the gym is back open as normal from today see you all later 🥊

Just a reminder the gym is now closed until the 16/8/26 due to Keith & myself as volunteers needing to recharge and spend sometime with our children. As working full time then coaching at the gym at night is a full on task but we do love it and seeing all of you.

Ali our other coach and volunteer has just got back off his break and is going to keep the senior sessions going on a Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm so please pop along and keep him busy this wk and next.
Sam our other volunteer will also be still running the strength and conditioning session on a Saturday morning at 9am so get yourself down you won’t be disappointed and a great way to start the weekend feeling strong.
We can’t wait to come back all refreshed and ready to give you our best as always. 🥊🥊 see you all soon
