Been with Sinclair since Sep 2010 and looks after Growing Success as well as the Category Management Team.

Married with two kids, Steve has been in the industry for 15 years having previously been a musician in the Army. He is so dedicated to work that he has little spare time but that which he does have is spent managing and coaching football teams - most notably Chalke Valley in the Wiltshire Premier League.
