Living with dementia, or supporting someone who is? Come along to our next Dementia Hub on Tuesday 3rd November, from 10.30am-12.30pm.

Delivered in partnership with Country Court Care, our Dementia Hub offers a warm, welcoming and supportive space for people living with dementia and their family members, friends and carers to come together.

Whether you’re living with dementia, caring for a loved one or supporting someone on their journey, everyone is welcome. Our aim is to help people feel connected, supported and part of their community.

Junior Gym is for 11-17 year olds with specific times available each day for you to fit your workout in. 🏋️

Take on our exciting Clip ‘n Climb experience and test your skills on a fantastic range of challenging, action-packed walls. It’s fun, active, and perfect for all abilities! Sessions run every weekend from 10am–4pm in 1-hour slots. 🧗

For the little ones, our Soft Play area is packed with fun obstacles and plenty to explore, keeping the little ones entertained for hours! Open weekends from 8am–4pm in 2-hour slots.🎉

Do you know your blood pressure numbers? 🩺❤️

This Know Your Numbers Week (7th-13th September), we’re encouraging everyone to take a few minutes to check their blood pressure and look after their heart health.

We’ll be offering free blood pressure checks, giving local residents the chance to find out their numbers and learn more about what they mean. High blood pressure often has no obvious symptoms, so a simple check can be an important step towards staying healthy.

The check is quick, free and could help you take a positive step towards your health.

Pop in for your heath check on Monday 7th September between the hours 11am – 1pm.
