My Move It or Lose Itยฎ classes will be starting very soon in Brigg, Barnetby and Lincoln, and Iโ€™d love for you to join us.
These friendly exercise classes are specially designed for the over 60s to help improve strength, balance, mobility and overall fitness in a relaxed and supportive environment.
