Ready for something thatโ€™ll boost your metabolism, get your blood flowing, and make you feel GREAT!?

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Your challenge this week is all about building a fit and strong body!

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ™€๏ธ CHALLENGE: Every day youโ€™ll pick ONE exercise and do 50 repetitions of it.

And if you miss a day, you have to do 10 extra the next day ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐Ÿ”ฅ Be sure to warm up first with some light cardio/movement, and then hit those reps, taking breaks as needed.
