๐ ๐ Your challenge this week is to read 10 pages every day, preferably from an actual book!
๐ง This has amazing benefits for your brain health and general outlook on life.
๐ฒ But so many people donโt read โฆ in fact, more than 25% of people told researchers in 2019 that over the course of a year they hadnโt read a single book (or even part of one).
But just look at this list of benefits! Reading:

๐ Reduces stress
๐ Lowers your blood pressure and heart rate

Ready for something thatโll boost your metabolism, get your blood flowing, and make you feel GREAT!?
๐ช๐พ Your challenge this week is all about building a fit and strong body!
๐๐พโ๏ธ CHALLENGE: Every day youโll pick ONE exercise and do 50 repetitions of it.
And if you miss a day, you have to do 10 extra the next day ๐
๐ฅ Be sure to warm up first with some light cardio/movement, and then hit those reps, taking breaks as needed.

Squats
Push-ups
Lunges
Sit-ups
Jumping jacks
Burpees
Hip bridges
Ab bicycles
